Welcome to Coastal Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates. Our practice is comprised of caring and dedicated staff who are committed to providing the highest quality patient care and services possible. Please let our staff know your needs. Our goal is to serve our patients and their referring doctors to their complete satisfaction.

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery requires additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training after graduation from dental school. As an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Sarka manages a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions. Dr. Sarka practices a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from Dental Implant Surgery and Wisdom Tooth Removal to Corrective Jaw Surgery. This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort. We can also diagnose and treat Facial Pain, Facial Injuries and Fractures.

Our practice treats patients of all ages, and places special emphasis on pediatric and adolescent oral surgery. Our office is Handicapped Accessible and can accommodate elderly or disabled patients as well.

Anesthesia is an important part of our practice, and Dr. Sarka is well trained in providing several methods of anesthesia including Nitrous Oxide, IV Sedation and outpatient General Anesthesia. This includes the administration of sevofluorane, ketamine and oral conscious sedation for our pediatric patients.

Surgical Staff

All of are staff are courteous and well informed administrative personnel, well-versed in health and insurance policies and are all CPR certified. The surgical staff at our practice are experienced oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants. They are also trained in assisting with Intravenous (IV) Sedation and outpatient General Anesthesia in our state-of-the-art office setting.
